The Knight Before Christmas trailer is everything we imagined
By If gloriously cheesy romantic Christmas comedy is your thing, then mark November 21 in your diaries right this second because The Knight Before Christmas is coming out soon!
Ahead of its release, the nice people over at Netflix finally dropped the first full trailer this week, and it’s really as amazing as we imagined and that little bit more.
Christmas rom-com veteran (hello, Princess Switch) Vanessa Hudgens plays science teacher Brooke, who has all but given up on love.
But before Brooke completely gives up all hope, she somehow (Christmas magic?) ends up crossing paths with a medieval knight named Sir Cole, who is played by Josh Whitehouse, best known for his role in Poldark. Side note: When we say ‘crossing paths’, she actually runs him over with her car after he’s transported to the present day by an evil sorceress. Of course!
Anyway, she ends up taking him to hospital and insists on looking after him until he gets his memory back.
Then? According to Netflix, “… As Sir Cole and Brooke grow closer, so do their feelings for each other. Can their love overcome all the odds?”
It couldn’t sound any cheesier… and we honestly can’t wait to watch it.
