This is hands-down the most famous and loved version of Maggi. To make this, simply add 210 ml water in a pan and add the tastemaker along with some red chilli powder, salt and garam masala. Then add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
For making vegetable Maggi, add some oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, green chillies, onions, tomatoes, carrots and capsicum in it. Then add salt and the tastemaker. Mix well and add water. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Chilli Cheese Maggi
To make this version, simply add chopped onion and green chillies in oil along with some peas, chopped carrots and cheese. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the tastemaker and a cup of water. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
