1. Aloo Paratha

Boil the potatoes. Then, make a soft dough from the specified ingredients and divide them into smaller balls. Chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Remove the skin off the boiled potatoes and mash them. Add the chopped vegetables and the rest of the ingredients to the potatoes and mix well. Stuff this mix in the small doughs and roll a nice plain roti. Roast them on a flat pan with little oil and serve hot (always, with ghee/butter).
